Sri Guru Raghavendra School of yoga was started in 1995 and has been promoting the practice of yoga through regular classes offered by very efficient yoga master SRI. N.SHESHAGIRI. several people have benefited by attending these yoga classes. Those benefited include people with minor and major ailments such as sciatica, bronchial asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, Eye problems, Hormonal problems, Gastro instinal problem like gallstones, Hyperacidity etc. Some have found relief from emotional problems such as depression, insomnia, anxiety. Most people who have been regularly attending the classes expressed that they found peace of mind.
